In Mrs. Jewell's science class, the students have been doing an experiment with airplanes. The experiment involves making an airplane, measuring how far it flies, modifying the airplane, and retesting the distance it can fly. This activity taught us how to measure in meters and why it is important for scientists to do several trials.
